Victoria Quarter
a new independent heart for New Brighton
An area within the historic coastal town of New Brighton on the Wirral Peninsula, the Victoria Quarter is comprised of a dozen-or-so streets which are set back from New Brighton’s main seafront, and includes a mix of commercial and residential properties.

The Vision
Following decades of neglect across the area and wider town, Rockpoint Leisure, are bringing the neighbourhood back to life, through the raising and promotion of its independent credentials - as well as introducing supporting concepts to the area, to drive further interest and footfall.

The Product
Focusing initially on Victoria Road, the Quarter will be positioned as a viable destination within the town, where both residents and visitors can shop, eat, and drink, as well as enjoy diverse live events and cultural happenings.
